We are looking for two full-time Sales Consultant to assist with extending our company’s global outreach to guide our clients from all walks of life and background on their educational growth journeys. You will be a key representative of our company, showcasing our educational programs to potential clients and helping potential students to make informed decisions towards their next step in life, creating a positive impact in their lives.
This role offers plenty of exciting opportunities to be involved in ad hoc projects such as creating social media content with our media team, being involved with the planning of livestream programs, and cross border interactions and learning opportunities from our existing subsidiary team in China.
- Job Scope:
- Become proficient in our educational program offerings to provide informative and accurate information to our potential clients
- Be our company's brand ambassador, representing our brand, objectives, and values
- Create and deliver presentations on our educational programmes to prospective clients
- Provide support and assistance to our team to collectively negotiate and close sales
- Maintain good relationship management with both current and prospective clients
- Ability to explain our company’s offerings through video conferences with prospective associates and clients.
- Estimate and identity potential markets and competitive analysis to acquire and retain customers
- Developing sales strategies, set KPIs, and meeting targets set
- Be our main point of liaison between prospective, and existing clients, and the company
- Prepare sales documents such as agreements, contracts, and reports
- Reporting directly to our Managing Director
Job requirements:
- Permanent full-time position
- Singaporeans or PR only
- All racial demographics are welcomed
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to handle clients’ enquiries and showcase presentations in spoken Mandarin due to prospective clients mainly from China.
- Experience in the Educational Consultancy sector will be a plus
- Familiar with Singapore’s educational system and processes such as O levels and A levels
- Familiarity with China’s Client Market will be a plus
- Familiarity with International High School system and processes will be a plus
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant fields related to Education, Business, or Marketing.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.
Salary: $2500-$3500 monthly basic plus commission based on sales target tier system. (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays
- Flexible start and end time
- Not exceeding 44hours a week
- Any overtime will be paid accordingly. Must start work no later than 1st Dec 2024
