We are looking for a dedicated Smart Lock Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting smart lock products in customers’ homes across Singapore. You will also provide product training and ensure all installations meet company standards. Roles & Responsibilities :
• Travel to customer locations to install and troubleshoot smart lock systems.
• Provide hands-on product training to customers, ensuring proper lock functionality.
• Follow daily schedules to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Maintain professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions.
• Ensure company standards are met in all installations and repairs.
• Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
