We are on the lookout for an energetic Marketing / Business Development Representative to handle inquiries on social media, engage with potential clients, and successfully convert conversations into scheduled meetings.

This role is essential for driving our marketing efforts and plays a pivotal part in the company’s growth. The effectiveness of your outreach and the conversion process directly impacts revenue growth, offering tremendous long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media channels and online forums for potential client engagement
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and convert them into booked appointments
• Regularly track and report on the success of marketing campaigns on a weekly basis
• Conduct A/B testing to refine and improve marketing strategies
• Support the marketing team in exploring and testing new outreach channels

Projects to Expect:

• Contribute to the redesign and update of the company website
• Develop marketing materials, such as a Flipping Book showcasing diamond cuts
• Optimize paid marketing strategies and ad spend for better ROI
• Explore and implement new social media platforms to extend reach

Requirements:

• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week as part of a 5-day work schedule
