Project Manager – Enterprise Storage

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee enterprise storage migration and complex installation projects across various storage solutions. This role requires strong expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise storage, and managing the unique challenges of large-scale storage migrations. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in project management, customer-focused, and capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and business teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & ExecutionOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise storage migration and installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
   Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support project objectives.
   Define project scope and goals, aligning them with client requirements and organizational priorities.
   
2. Stakeholder Management & CommunicationServe as the primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining clear, ongoing communication.
   Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
   Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and proactively addressing any concerns.
   
3. Technical Oversight & Quality ManagementCollaborate with technical teams to design and execute storage migration and installation strategies that adhere to industry best practices.
   Ensure that solutions meet IT infrastructure requirements and align with the client's operational needs.
   Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle, promptly addressing issues and ensuring high standards.
   
4. Risk Management & Problem-SolvingIdentify and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
   Lead issue-resolution efforts, ensuring that potential obstacles are addressed swiftly to keep the project on track.
   
5. Documentation & Post-Project ReviewEnsure comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases, including design plans, change orders, and testing results.
   Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and gather feedback for future improvements.
   

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with enterprise storage systems and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage solutions.
• Project Management: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, particularly in data migration and storage installation.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a background in leading cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to navigate complex project challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Adaptability: Capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
