Job Opportunity: Digital Project Assistant
Location: Aperia
Contract Duration: 6 months + 1 year
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary: S$3,200 - S$3,500
No experience required as training will be provided
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Documentation:Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Task Coordination:Coordinate tasks among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Communication:Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project progress and updates.
- Meeting Coordination:Schedule and organize project meetings (team, client, and stakeholder), preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Quality Assurance:Participate in User Acceptance Testing exercises, collaborating with the Digital and Innovations Manager to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are free of errors or defects.
- Deadline Management:Track project timelines and deadlines, notifying team members of upcoming milestones and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Utilize project management software and digital collaboration tools to facilitate project workflows and communication.
- Information Retrieval and Research:Conduct online research to gather information, data, or resources, summarizing findings and providing relevant reports or insights.
