Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement market strategies and establish new business opportunities in line with company sales objectives
- Plan, coordinate, execute and manage promotional activities
- Coordinate and execute in-house photoshoots for marketing and promotional purposes
- Create, manage, optimize social media advertising campaigns for various business entities
- Monitor and respond to comments in social media posts as appropriate
- Craft marketing content to drive maximum customer engagement across digital and social media platforms such as TikTok, XiaoHongShu, Instagram, Facebook and Lemon8 etc.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing channels and activities
- Design marketing collaterals including social media visuals, EDMs, brochures and posters
- Research on digital marketing trends and processes
- Liaise with print vendor to provide print specifications, obtain quotes and organize production schedules
Job Requirements
- Have in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, experience working in analytics and be digitally-savvy
- Advantageous to have Adobe, Illustrator, Canva and other graphic software knowledge
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and contribute to marketing materials in Chinese language
- A hunger to learn on the go and an ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
- Preferably with background in Design / Marketing / Business Development / Events Management / Arts Management / Communications or other relevant courses
- Experience in F&B industry is highly advantageous
