Job Description:
The company is now recruiting an outstanding Chief Information Officer (CIO) to be fully responsible for developing and leading the company's global information technology strategy and digital transformation plan. This position requires the candidate to be able to drive business innovation, enhance competitiveness and ensure information security and data compliance on a global scale through deep technical expertise and strategic vision. The CIO will report directly to the CEO and, as a core member of the company's executive team, promote the deep integration of technology and business.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the company's overall technology strategy to ensure close alignment with global business development goals.
2. Lead the company's digital transformation, promote business process optimization and technological innovation to achieve efficient operations and competitiveness in emerging markets.
3. Establish and maintain information technology best practices to ensure the stability, scalability and high availability of IT systems.
4. Lead the global IT governance architecture to ensure that network security, data privacy and compliance meet international standards.
5. Oversee the planning and implementation of key technology projects to ensure high-quality delivery within budget and time.
6. Work closely with other executives to identify technology-driven business opportunities and provide data-driven decision support.
7. Lead and develop a high-performance international IT team, create an innovative culture and cultivate the next generation of technology leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management or related fields is preferred.
2. **More than 15 years of experience in the field of information technology**, including at least 5 years in senior technology management positions (such as CIO, CTO) in leading global companies.
3. **Extensive experience in multinational companies and overseas work**, able to lead technology strategy in a multicultural and global environment.
4. **Fluent English**, excellent strategic communication skills, able to clearly express complex technology concepts and effectively interact with the board and shareholders.
5. Deep experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity and data analysis, able to proactively predict technology trends.
6. Strong leadership and change management capabilities, able to successfully manage multinational projects and complex technology ecosystems.
7. Have a deep understanding of data privacy regulations (such as GDPR), cybersecurity and information protection, and have relevant successful implementation experience.
**Preferred**:
- Senior management positions in rapidly expanding and technology-driven companies.
- Have led or participated in large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects with concrete results.
- Have obtained relevant international certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, PMP.
