Job Description:
1. To oversee and direct all food production operations.
2. Work closely with Chefs for new recipes and products (including sourcing, costing and shelf-life planning).
3. Work with Marketing Team to roll out new products and ingredients.
4. Liaise with suppliers and managing supply chain.
5. Document all production processes, recipes and SOPs.
6. Train Team on preparation and handling of products and ingredients.
7. Ensure that hygiene, products and production facilities follow SFA and HALAL guidelines.
8. Ensure that recipes and proposals are operationally executable, in keeping with cost structures, and meeting food quality standards and guidelines established by the Company.
9. Support the training and development of Chefs on existing or new recipes and procedures.
10. To participate in all training programs relevant to the Company's business(es).
