Regional Supply Planning Expert
Main Responsibilities
1 - Project management
- Deployment of Planning initiatives at regional and local/site level to optimize the balance of cost and quality of customer services
- Identify and drive continuous improvement programs both internally and together with Supply Planning partners to deliver targeted service levels and costsLead change resulting from continuous improvement and/or supply chain initiatives (e.g. SCM Excellence, Regional PC)
- Monitor service level (by the mean of KPIs) to achieve customer satisfaction, reduce complaints/damaged goods and solve repetitive problems with internal/external suppliers
- Actively participate to Regional Supply Chain Management projects
- Coordinate idea generation to project process for the regional supply organization
2 - Subject matter expertise
- Provide direction on Supply Planning activities in the Sites
- Use performance management to actively improve processes, suggesting actions/ projects/ programs
Main Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline
- Min. 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations with strong background in supply chain planning, quality and/or materials management, including exposure to business process redesign and systems implementations
