1. Role Description
The F&B Service Intern is responible for assisting junior and senior colleagues to ensure all guest’s satisfaction are met over the dining experience by providing efficient and quality service.
2. Job Responsibilities:
· Always follow the sequence of service as set out in the service training pack.
· Build product knowledge and be able to recommend good menu choices and answer any questions customers may have
· Opening & closing restaurant as guided by the manager/supervisor in charge.
· Cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant
· Always maintain good hygiene practices, tidy appearance and correct uniform at all times
· Perform any other tasks or responsibilities to a high standard
• Ensures that all tables, chairs and operating equipment are clean and ready for service.
• Any other reasonable duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
