· Promote and convince customers to purchase our products
· Prospect for new leads though referrals, networking, cold-calling etc
· Achieve individual sales target diligently
· Participate in events such as roadshows, exhibitions, seminar workshops, product demonstration etc
· Render Sales Support at retail outlets whenever required
· To provide sales and admin support during such events
· Business development by identifying good partners and collaborators.
· Collaborate with the marketing team and management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
· Monitor market trends and analyze consumer market activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
· To be involved and initiate marketing activities to build the Company’s image and brand
· Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and business partners
· Build and maintain database of prospects and customers
· Investigate and resolve customers issues actively with technical support team
· To undertake ad-hoc projects and/or duties whenever required
· To assist in general admin duties whenever required
