About the Client:

An excellent opportunity for a Financial Reporting Specialist has just arisen at a leading household brand in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

In this newly created 6-month contract position, you will play a critical role in supporting month-end financial closing and reporting.

  • Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules for month-end closing.
  • Support ad hoc financial inquiries and provide assistance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units on system enhancements and reconciliations.
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing as needed.
  • Enhance and implement controls for effective reconciliation and reporting.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in financial closing.

Skills/Requirement:

  • Degree or diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, or a relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial closing, ideally in insurance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to reporting accuracy.
  • Skilled in MS Excel and MS Office; able to work independently.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative attitude toward teamwork.
