Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Indian, Western, Middle Eastern, and Chinese cuisine.
- Manage kitchen operations for events serving 150-200 people.
- Control kitchen profit and loss, labor, procurement, suppliers, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety regulations.
