Job Description
• Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer all customer inquiries, both in-person and on the phone, in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage POS system
• Call regular customers for appointments
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Update daily sales report
• Ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with Spa accounting procedures.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
Job Requirements
• Candidates with experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry are preferred
• Pleasing and service oriented
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to handle of inquiries, and feedback from Mandarin speaking customers
• Tele-marketing experienced will be an added advantage
