Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Project Manager
- Overall in charge of site coordination
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the project
- Monitor and control general workers deployment on site
- Ensure progress of work is within budget and timelines as well as quality and safety objectives
- Ensure works are carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with
- Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained at all times
Job Requirements
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Landed Properties
- Able to work independently
- Well-versed in construction sequence, principles and regulatory requirements.
