- Provide strategies and is accountable for meeting company business targets with Sales and Production departments.
- Expand business opportunities with various channels and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
- Provide specifications for control panels, generators and switchgears to vendors.
- Attend service calls for technical support.
- Flexible to travel locally or oversea on short notice when required.
- At least 5 years of relevant R&D or Engineering experience.
- Preparing detailed technical reports, manuals, and schematics for electrical systems and components.
- Offering technical support to customers post-sale, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical-related issues.
