Mysteel is a leading provider of Chinese commodities market intelligence products and services. Mysteel Global is Mysteel's international service arm. We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and business development efforts in the international market.
Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our commodities market intelligence products and services
• Conduct target marketing database cleaning and segmentation for precise marketing campaigns
• Create and manage marketing content for various channels, including:
l Website
l Social media (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
l EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns
l Webinars
• Undertake online and onsite marketing activities(events) to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI
• Create, update, and optimize company/product brochures and white papers
• Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all marketing materials
• Develop and manage content marketing redistribution channels and partnerships to expand reach
• Perform professional report formatting and content translation (Chinese to English)
• Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting sales and marketing alignment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing trends and technologies
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development efforts
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong writing skills
• Self-motivated, diligent, and committed to maintaining high integrity
• Ability to work effectively in a dispersed team environment
• Fast learner with adaptability to new challenges
Desired Qualities:
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the commodities or market intelligence sector
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
