1. Address customer queries related to onboarding, routes, and schedules, maintaining clear and professional communication with all parties.
2. Plan, Route and coordinate with suitable drivers on their route
3. Assist in training and ensuring service quality is upheld.
4. Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively
5. Other adhoc duties
Attribute of the operator:
1. Strong spoken and written communication skills, patient and is able and comfortable in communicating with people from all walks of life;
2. Meticulous, able to multi-task and is focused in cordinating the tasks on hand to ensure deliverables are met to customers' satisfaction;
3. Strong team player;
4. Able to adopt IT processes, is adept in the use of technology and can train drivers in the use of technology to facilitate the workflow;
5. Good sense of road direction;
6. Able to adapt and work comfortably under pressure;
