Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop new accounts while maintaining and serving existing ones.
- Sales Development: Conduct sales calls and plan visits to explore business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Quotations and Proposals: Prepare and submit Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to meet client needs.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Reporting: Provide monthly sales reports and updates to management.
- Inquiry Handling: Attend to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of sales experience; industrial or factory automation experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, able to effectively respond to client inquiries.
- Sales-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, assess market opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Nationality: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
- Additional: Candidates with less experience are welcome, as on-the-job training will be provided.
