1. Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
2. Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
3. Involvement in the system integration testing phase prior to implementation.
4. Plan and coordinate end-user testing for any bug-fixes implementations.
5. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
6. Liaise closely with the vendor (Avanade) that requires delivery of permanent fix due to PROD incidents.
7. Support the team in monitoring and tracking ticket's SLA.
8. Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Candidate should have:
- At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience
- A team player and also able to work independently.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to translate complex, technical subjects into clear and concise communications to a variety of key stakeholders of different levels.
- Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player.
