Job Descriptions:
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage inventory levels effectively
- Oversee receiving, inspecting, and dispatching of goods
- Negotiate pricing and follow up with suppliers as needed
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Collaborate and liaise with internal departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements:
- Immediate availability to start work
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
