Job Descriptions:

  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage inventory levels effectively
  • Oversee receiving, inspecting, and dispatching of goods
  • Negotiate pricing and follow up with suppliers as needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements:

  • Immediate availability to start work
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
