Looking for mid-level HR professional on a temporary (full-time) assignment for duration of 4 months to cover an employee on maternity leave.
Job Description:
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes in the compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for work pass matters, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Use NOV Time (Oracle based) to manage HR functions, including employee timecard and leave applications.
- Assist HRBP with the use of the NOV Time to address any issues and coordinating with relevant HR Technology (HRT) teams for support as needed.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing necessary documents, and handling exit formalities.
- Handle training applications process including enrolment of courses for employees with the training institutes.
- Support other HR administration tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferably with minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
