Job Opportunity: Pharmacy Assistant
Location: Walking distance from Novena MRT
Working Hours: 5 days a week, office hours
Salary Range: S$1,700 - S$2,400
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform merchandising to ensure adequate stock levels on the shop floor and maintain first-expiry-first-out rotation.
- Assist in routine stocktakes and cycle counts of retail items across various locations.
- Aid in packing and repacking bulk stocks for the retail pharmacy shop floor and/or eCommerce sales.
- Assist with cashiering of retail items and medications when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and execute security control measures.
- Support outpatient pharmacy technicians in pre-packing medications and patient registration when necessary.
- Maintain documentation of routine work activities (e.g., cycle counts, eCommerce processing).
- Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors.
