Job Description:
• Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modelers in the design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E work with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
• Supervise the progress of works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities.
• Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
• Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regarded.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
