- Be familiar with preparation, ingredients and presentation of all drinks offered in menus.
- Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all beverages set by the resorts required standards.
- Have knowledge of guests likes and dislikes pertaining to drinks throughout their stay.
- Ensure all mis-en-place for cocktails and drinks are correctly prepared prior to service in all beverage outlets.
- Make every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guest’s beverage requests throughout service.
- Ensure that you’re working bar areas is of exemplary clean nature.
- Ensure guest / room charges at points of sales are being managed.
- Ensure that you are aware and informed of all products the resort bars use for service including the bar machinery.
- Have a good knowledge of the win list.
- Recommend and promote bar items as directed by the beverage manager
General
- Be present throughout service.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort.
- Maintain at all times the highest standard of social skills.
- In your working area ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.
- Complete any other duty assigned by management.
- Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming guideline.
