Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, pro-active and engaging service to all guests members and associates
- Assist guests regarding all items and Cocktail Bar Catalogue, in an informative and helpful manner
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Catalogue and Food Menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods
- Create and serve innovative cocktails
- Provide relevant and innovative serves for individual whiskeys
- Suggest innovative ideas for events and tastings and menus
- Maintaining exceptional drink service standards
- Process all payments
- Mentoring and training of staff around our drinks
- Host guest tastings and masterclasses
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
