Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Green Mark consultancy services to support sustainability goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on project deliverables.
- Manage procurement tasks, including raising purchase requisitions, creating purchase orders, processing accruals, and handling claims and invoices from service providers.
- Coordinate with HQ’s admin and finance departments for monthly invoicing and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of funds collected and expenses related to property management and maintenance.
- Perform administrative tasks for operations, prepare operational reports for clients, and handle after-service client inquiries.
- Address complaints, feedback, incidents, and crisis situations promptly; submit incident reports as needed.
- Oversee addition and alteration (A&A) works and manage project tasks.
- Arrange and attend meetings or inspections, follow up with relevant authorities/departments and service providers.
- Supervise all routine and ad hoc repair work by contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual standards.
- Recommend repair or replacement work, seeking client approval as necessary.
- Organize and maintain documents, records, and a comprehensive document inventory.
- Prepare service contracts, invite quotes, and conduct cost comparisons.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Support the renewal of licenses and certificates from relevant authorities.
- Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g.,Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, Project Facilities Management, Building Services).
- Familiarity with Green Mark Certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in sustainability consulting, green building projects, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of ACMV systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and reports.
- Genuine interest in energy and sustainability.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies (e.g., BCA, NEA), civic organizations, and corporate teams.
- Proactive in researching and introducing new market technologies and products.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends from energy management systems, identifying any anomalies.
- Flexible and resourceful in problem-solving.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team setting.
