Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of Department to understand business complexities by aligning with business objectives, developing resourcing strategies, and delivering hiring plans
- Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer, and negotiation, to onboarding of new hires for middle management positions
- Ensure necessary onboarding documentation and activities are completed promptly and accurately
- Organize and participate in recruitment/outreach fairs
- Improve operations by defining and monitoring metrics to ensure recruiting efficiency
- Manage and guide team members on resourcing processes, ensuring business objectives are achieved
- Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a combination of in-house and external agency experience
- People-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
