Job Description
The Spa Therapist - Manager is responsible for delivering top-notch spa services while overseeing daily operations and ensuring sales targets are met. This role requires a seasoned professional with hands-on therapeutic experience and proven leadership and management skills.
- Provide professional body and foot massage therapies according to spa standards, ensuring each client enjoys a relaxing, high-quality experience.
- Interact with clients professionally, addressing queries and concerns efficiently to maintain a warm, welcoming environment.
- Train and supervise therapists and front desk staff to uphold high service standards and efficient operations.
- Drive sales to achieve branch targets, organize team schedules, and manage spa inventory and supplies.
- Utilize strong HR networking to recruit and onboard new staff, including therapists and front desk personnel.
- Lead and implement marketing strategies, leveraging digital and social media to enhance client engagement and branch visibility.
- Maintain clear communication with management, provide updates, and work closely with the Director to support branch expansion.
- Proven full-time experience as a spa therapist and front desk receptionist, with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
