We are looking for a Dynamic and Result-Driven Digital Sales Team Lead to lead and drive the performance of a team of 4 Digital Sales Consultants. This role will focus on optimising lead conversion strategies, improving call pitch effectiveness, and ensuring team success in achieving enrolment targets.
Full-Time
- ~$4,500 monthly salary ($3,000-$3500 base pay with commission)
- Scalable commission with improved performance and team-building
- Office work 8 hours a day
- 5 Working days per week (excludes weekends)
- 14 Days Annual Leave Per Year (Pro-rated basis)
Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Team Lead, you will
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Digital Sales Consultants, setting performance goals and tracking results.
- Create and implement strategies to improve lead conversion and team efficiency.
- Develop and refine call scripts and pitches to improve lead conversion rates and align with digital marketing campaigns.
- Train and coach the team on communication, sales techniques, and upselling strategies.
- Track and monitor call metrics (e.g., lead conversion rates, call volumes, revenue) using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with digital marketing team to ensure Facebook campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
- Partly perform Digital Sales Consultant role as trial to suggested strategies (ie. Engage Facebook Leads via WhatsApp and Calls to convert into Sales).
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a call or sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of lead conversion strategies and experience improving call-based performance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills.
- Data-driven, with experience using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
