Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the kitchen equipment segment.
- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our kitchen equipment.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions, including product recommendations and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure profitable business agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing excellent after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to proactively identify business opportunities and address market challenges.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to track sales performance and provide insights to management.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay abreast of the latest advancements in kitchen equipment technology.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the kitchen equipment industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and understanding of customer requirements in the foodservice industry.
