Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Accounting and Administration Executive to manage our small office and support our operational needs, located at Bedok, Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
- Enter customer invoices and statements into the accounting system.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Provide assistance and resolve issues related to billing and payments.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings and events.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in a small office environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
