Job Opportunity: Telesales Coordinator (1-Year Contract)
Location: Balestier (Zhongshan Mall)
Target Onboarding Date: 1 Dec 2024
Salary: Up to S$2,500/month + Commission S$400-500/month + Completion Bonus of 1 month salary
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (No guarantee on extension/conversion)
Job Overview:
This role supports the healthcare business unit by handling outbound calls to existing customers. Candidates should be customer service-oriented with sales coordinator experience. This is not cold calling; you will be calling targeted clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted customer groups to sell products/services using prepared scripts.
- Adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in day-to-day tasks.
- Build long-term relationships with customers over the phone.
- Follow up on sales leads from telemarketing or other channels to generate sales.
- Process orders via inbound calls.
- Handle consignment ordering and administrative follow-up.
