Project Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the project team in all the sales, marketing, conference, operations and administrative support for the assigned projects
  • Work closely with team members, liaise regularly with customers/visitors for follow ups, and attending to their enquiries to enhance customer relations and experience
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Performing day-to-day administrative duties and support including data entry, corresponds to emails and filing
  • Providing assistance to colleagues with their inquiries
  • Assisting to create Sales Item Master (IM) by using ERP system
  • Preparing sales report

Position Requirements

Education Requirements: Minimum “O” level or related field

Experience Level Requirements: Minimum 2 years of working experience in precision machining environment will be preferred

Skills Desired:

  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable ERP System Software will be an advantage
  • Resourceful in problem solving
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
