Summary

Our client is an innovative company in the hydroponics industry, committed to sustainable agriculture and cutting-edge solutions for efficient plant growth. As part of expansion into the Singapore market, they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain and Customer Service Executive to join the growing team at new office in Bedok, Singapore.


Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services.

- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.

- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and procurement.

- Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules to ensure customer orders are met on time.

- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the production team to anticipate demand and adjust supply strategies accordingly.

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.

- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on providing excellent service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory levels.

- Assist in the preparation of reports related to customer service and supply chain activities.

- Support marketing initiatives through effective communication with customers.


Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management and customer service, preferably in the agricultural or hydroponics sector.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
