Work Week: 5 days (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end process of the whole recruitment process
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes in a fair and professional manner
- Provide advice and support to employees on various work-related issues
- Coordinate payroll processes and resolve payroll issues
- Coordinate training programs to help employees to develop necessary skills
- Assist in performance appraisal process
- Other ad hoc HR / admin duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR or related field
- Possess min 1 year of demonstrable experience with HR metrics
