The HR Specialist will manage day-to-day HR functions across assigned clinics, ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll processing, operational support, and HR compliance. This role is integral to maintaining efficient HR operations and providing critical support to our group of clinics.
Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
- Manage payroll records, leave, and attendance, addressing any payroll-related queries from clinic staff.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organizational payroll policies.
HR Operational Support
- Oversee general HR operations across assigned clinics, providing on-site and remote support to clinic managers and staff.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary reports on HR metrics, payroll, and compliance for management review.
Government Grants Administration
- Manage the submission and tracking of government grant applications
- Stay updated on changes to government grant policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
HR Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process enhancements in payroll and HR operations, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and programs across assigned clinics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and HR processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
