Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Assist in project planning and management, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Work with development team to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in testing activities and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an application development or software development environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and identify solutions.
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, certification in Scrum Master is a plus.
