Responsibilities:
- Creating a recruitment plan and working closely with hiring managers to support recruitment needs
- In charge of onboarding plans and training new employees on existing HR policies and internal processes
- Maintaining HR records, payroll documentation and other relevant administrative matters
- Performance management of all employees
- Providing mentorship and support to junior members within the team
- Compliance and Policy Development - update organisation policies and keep abreast of latest labour and employment regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience within Banking industry
- Strong communication skills
- Past track record in managing and coordinating with multiple vendors
- Adept in all areas of HR scope: recruitment, employee relations, policy development, HR administration and operations, performance management and benefits administration
