Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives tailored for the aesthetic industry. This role requires a deep understanding of aesthetic services, customer engagement, and brand building to expand the clinic’s market presence and increase client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine service offerings and promotional efforts.
- Establish sales targets, monitor team performance, and motivate staff to meet or exceed goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, influencers, and partners in the aesthetic industry.
- Create engaging content to showcase services, treatments, client testimonials, and before-and-after results.
- Promote a consistent and compelling brand image aligned with the clinic's values and aesthetics.
- Organize events, seminars, or open days to build awareness and showcase services.
- Cultivate a customer-first approach, ensuring exceptional service from initial contact through post-treatment follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and ROI.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably within the aesthetic, wellness, or beauty industries.
Skills:
