a) Design, plan, support, and maintain DB Infrastructure build and operations to meet or exceed stipulated SLA b) Monitor DB Infrastructure performance and resolution of technical problems
c) Lead, prioritize and manage a DB Infrastructure team to effectively provide implementation and operations support to projects to meet or exceed SLA
d) Identify and resolve highly complex system DB Infrastructure issues that may require establishment of new techniques, tools and processes
e) Proactively analyze internal/external business challenges/regulatory issues and recommend improvements
f) Required to be on standby 24x7 on-site or on-call after office hours, weekends and public holidays for operational or implementation projects
g) Savvy in troubleshooting complex problems
h) Resourceful in understanding issues or learning new skills
i) Possess good team work and able to provide clear instructions, guidance as well as knowledge sharing to the team
j) Have Oracle DB skillset
