- Develops of new business plan and sales strategy of Marine Market on Navigation System to meet the Company Sales goals and profitability
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Provide timely feedback to head of sales regarding performance
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin,
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- Report to head of Sales for Sales quotations and Sales Target fortnightly as well as Technical issue and service attendance
- Adheres to all Company policies, procedure and business ethics code and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Generating the Sales quotation and sales order confirmation from Navision System
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Electronic or Communication Engineering with 5 years Marine Navigation System Sales Working experience preferred
- Good communication skill, Business acumen, negotiation skill and presentation skill
- Good knowledge in Marine Navigation Equipment and parts
- Working location at Tuas Area
