- Customer Engagement - Actively influence customers to purchase products by providing detailed product information and accurate price quotations.
- Data Management - Maintain and update customer general data, ensuring records are current and accurate (including email, primary contact, and contact numbers).
- Customer Support - Address customer feedback and handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Promotional Execution - Implement marketing and sales promotions aimed at reactivating existing customers, particularly within vacant territories.
- Service Excellence - Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Additional Duties - Perform any other reasonable ad-hoc assignments as required to support the team and business objectives.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Diploma level
- SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Sales prospoecting skills, sales negotiation skills
- Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
