Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all key business reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with various business departments to understand analytical needs and translate them into data requirements, establishing clear metrics and definitions.
- Coordinate with the analytics team to optimize data flow and automate multiple data sources.
- Conduct daily interactions with dashboards, CRM, and databases to track performance and investigate data related to specific business needs.
- Generate value for APAC by transforming data insights into actionable marketing, sales, and business strategies.
- Partner with local and global analytics teams to drive digital transformation, training, and solution adoption.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize insights generation through data mining and analysis.
- Lead ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing database quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Management.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Strong analytical skills, capable of using data analytics to drive business insights and execution
- Experience in solving the business problems by analytical method (modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI reporting platform)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM, Python would be advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially in PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong communication skill
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment while working under pressure and tight date-lines
- Experience in Digital Marketing (Marketo, Google, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
