Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, a passion for active living, and a strong understanding of the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and account management.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify potential clients and partners, develop new sales channels, and grow the customer base for SimplyActive.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improving performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the health, fitness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
