Job Description:
- Review the assigned projects and understand the unique project requirements.
- Ensure customer requirement can be fulfilled and update in SAP system.
- Point of contact for customer and sub-contractors.
- Schedule materials arrival, approval of documents, production/testing, and delivery.
- Work closely with sub-contractors and inter-departments for the assigned project to ensure planned schedules are met.
- Ensure all materials are available to launch into the schedule for assembly.
- Prepare Project Schedule in MS Project and MS Excel for internal and external reporting.
- Ensure proper closure of the project order before handling over to Shipping Department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management
- Good work attitude and strong problem solving skill
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Project Management and Excel
- Knowledge in SAP systems will be an added advantage
