- Up to $2300
- 5.5 days Work per Week
- Monday – Friday (8.30am – 6pm), Saturday (8.30am – 1pm)
- Multiple work Locations available
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing tasks across Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Building, and General Repairs.
- Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for M&E works, air conditioning, or building infrastructure.
- Conduct facility or building maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Promptly address defects and customer complaints, responding efficiently to fault reports, client requests, and breakdowns.
- Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities and systems to ensure smooth operations, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Perform preventive inspections and troubleshoot M&E systems.
- Record and inform the supervisor of any faults or issues found during routine checks.
- Complete any additional ad hoc duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
- 1-2 years experience and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
- Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Electronics /Building / Facility Management or facilities maintenance
