Objective
We are an established regional healthcare provider focused on providing quality and sustainable healthcare for the residents of Singapore. This role will be responsible for the overall engagement of all our partners, to establish strong collaborative relationships and develop a long-term partnership with them, to achieve our business objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing doctors in our network to build strong referrals for our specialist doctors and day surgical facilities to drive business growth.
- Develop and establish new partnerships with doctors, intermediaries, and relevant entities to generate new revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with all partners to promote loyalty.
- Provide market trends/intelligence from the ground and contribute to business strategies.
- Collaborate with Operational teams and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent patient experience.
- Ideate, plan, and execute business and marketing strategies effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Organise and conduct CMEs for Specialists and GPs.
- Hosting of events such as seminars and webinars.
Qualifications and Essential Skills
- Successful B2B sales experience and track record.
- Experience in healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical would be advantageous.
- Effective interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with a positive disposition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong business sense.
- May be required to work after office hours, and/or on weekends (when required) due to doctors' events etc.
