About the role:
- Develop control software for precision and high-throughput automated equipment.
- Develop electrical design for automated machine with the assistance of draftsman in creating schematic drawings and BOM creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system architectures, and implement software solutions.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Support and troubleshoot existing automation systems, identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in automation software solutions.
- Perform continuous improvement and enhancement to the existing equipment software toward Smart Autonomous Manufacturing.

Your Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other equivalent disciplines.
Your experience includes:
- VB6, C# and/or C++ OOP and multi-threading PC based software programming.
- Experience in electrical design for machine automation in Class100 cleanroom environment will be very much preferred though not compulsory.
- Knowledge and/or experience in machine vision technology, AI technology, SolidWorks 3D or control automation will be an added advantage.
