Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules.
- Filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipments or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Additional Information:
- Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Navision System (Highly Preferred), Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Cut & Bend Rebar/Steel Industries is highly preferred.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Senior Executive with managerial/supervisory experience (must), specialized in Sales Coordinator/ Sales support/Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
